You have 14 days from when you have received your package to ship your item(s) back for refund or exchange. If you received items by mail, it's easy to send them back! Put the items you’re returning in the original package, if possible, indicate the item(s) you are returning and the reason for your return on your invoice. Choose a mail carrier, pay for postage, and send it to the return address of the package. Looking to exchange? Please send back item with a request of exchange you are looking for (must be same value as original purchased product). Please note all custom orders (i.e. custom bralettes/ balconettes that are not standard letter size) and underwear (for hygiene reasons) are final sale.
Each product is handmade to order (we cut sew and package each item in house!), lead time can take 4-6 days. Shipping will be 5-10 business days in North America and 14-24 business days to most other countries. Due to the nature of small production, trims and fabric might vary slightly due to availability and dye lot. If you want a rush order, you can email emilyma@live.ca to see if it is possible.
We also offer letter mail shipment option for items under 100 grams. This costs only $2 CAD (in Canada) and $3 CAD (in USA) if you choose to buy one of the following:
1-2 underwears
1 pair of socks
1-2 masks
